AboutJason Lansdale is a furniture designer who specialises in the design and development of seating, upholstered furniture, tables, system furniture and furniture related product design.
Upon graduation from the MA in Furniture Design and Technology at Buckinghamshire College in 1995, Jason Lansdale worked as a freelance furniture designer within design consultancy and manufacturing until 2008 when he established himself as a independent designer. Jason Lansdale collaborates directly with furniture manufacturers on the development and realisation of new furniture products designed to enhance working, living, healthcare and learning. Jason Lansdale develops concepts through to production utilising a variety of artistic media and computer aided design: hand sketching and drawing and SolidWorks 3D modelling and rendering. Having worked as a cabinet maker in the early stages of his career, Jason Lansdale also enjoys making some of his own handmade models and prototypes.
